黏膜白色海绵状痣(spongiosus albus mucosae naevs)又称口腔上皮痣(oral epithelia nevus)或先天性白色角化症(congenital leukokeratosis)，白色皱襞性齿龈斑(white folded gingivostomotitis)，家族性黏膜白色皱襞发育异常(familial white folded dysplasia of the mucous membrona)是一种发生于口腔黏膜的遗传性灰白色海绵状角质性损害。 本病虽名为痣，但损害并不具有痣的特征。中医认为先天禀赋不足，气血亏损，黏膜失养所致。
